Impact' is a well-diversified business group based in Punjab, with interests cutting across a wide cross-section of the Indian Economy-Real Estate development, Automotive, Non Banking Finance and Housing Industry. The group has significant business presence in Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Haryana. This group is among the country's top franchisees of Bajaj Auto Ltd and Fiat India Ltd, and Punjab's leading RBI-registered NBFC in the two-wheeler segment.
The promoters are well qualified professionals with a collective experience spanning several decades working for some of India's foremost corporate entities. A team that believes that qualitative customer care must necessarily become the hallmark of excellence, and has brought this thinking into the operation of all the group companies.
Impact Garden, a constituent company of the Group, blazed into the Social Infrastructure arena in 2002 by getting one of Punjab's largest Housing Development Licences in the Private Sector for its maiden colonization project in Khankot, Amritsar.
It has since completed the development of 9 townships in Amritsar with primary thrust on high quality infrastructure, best of amenities and abundance of greenery with lush landscape. All these townships are along the GT. Bye pass road in close proximity of the city centre.
The Impact Group feels strongly for the communities in which it operates. The group has promoted two Not-for-Profit initiatives namely “Nanhi Chhaan Foundation” and “Galliara” – involving the maintenance of the gardens and pathways that border the Golden Temple Complex.

IPPL is the flag-bearer of the Impact Group, engaged in the Real Estate sector. It is creating some of the most innovative projects with a view to redefine Industry standards as well as to take peoples’ aspirations to much greater heights, with best in the world lifestyles, unbounded luxuries and everlasting pleasures.
All of Impact’s developments have been in an integrated cluster at Khankot, and Vallah along the four lane G.T. Road Bye pass, within the Amritsar Municipal Limits. IPPL has already developed 9 premium Residential Colonies spanning an area of over 170 Acres. At present the Company is the single largest developer in the residential arena of Real Estate Development among the Private Players in Amritsar.
